• Our prices are per night and apartment for 2 people.
• Final cleaning is already included – because arriving is better than cleaning up.
• Tourist tax: €2.50 per night (from 14 years), payable on site. - Discounts & Surcharges
• Stays of less than 7 nights are welcome on request – short trip, small surcharge. Minimum stay: 3 nights
• Additional persons on the sofa bed: €25.00 – 45.00 per night. - Children’s prices
• 0 – 1.99 years: €10.00 per night
• 2 – 13.99 years: €15.00 per night (sofa bed) - Pets

Worth knowing
Arrival and departure
- Check-in: from 3:30 PM
- Check-out: by 9:30 AM
- This ensures you have enough time to arrive relaxed – and we have enough peace to lovingly prepare the apartments for the next guests.
Booking & deposit
- Your booking is considered confirmed as soon as the deposit of 30% has been received and you have received our written booking confirmation.

Payment on site
- Please settle your bill on the evening before departure or on the day of departure.
- We accept credit cards (except AMEX & Diners), debit cards (EC), bank transfers, and cash – subject to the current legal cash limit in Italy.
Cancellation & travel cancellation
Should this happen, the following cancellation conditions apply (according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code):
- from the booking date up to 21 days before arrival: deposit will be retained (30% of the total amount)
- 20-8 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- from 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount
- In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount
These conditions apply regardless of whether we can re-rent the cancelled apartment.
Our tip:
It is best to take out travel cancellation insurance – so your holiday planning remains carefree and you can look forward to your stay in a relaxed manner.
Good to know
- Non-smoking house: Smoking is not allowed in all apartments and common areas.
- Waste separation: Sustainable management is important to us – well-labeled collection points are available to you at all times.
- Damages: Guests will be charged for any damage caused to the apartments.
